We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks and money orders. To pay by check or money order,
you can fill out an order online and the site will provide you with the necessary info.

Yessir! We ship worldwide, including military APO and FPO addresses. You can fill out an order on our site
and it will automatically calculate shipping based on the destination country.

We are in the process of working on a full-blown "My Account" like you would find on other
online stores that will include order status.
If you haven't received your order yet and have not been notified by e-mail that it has shipped,
then one of the products is most likely on backorder and we'll get it shipped out to you within 2-3 weeks.

Most online stores charge shipping based on the cost of your order. We don't think that's fair, so
we charge shipping based on weight and distance. As you shop our store, our shopping cart knows how
much each item weighs and displays and estimated cost. Once you start the checkout process and enter your zip code
(or country for international orders), our cart knows how far you are located from our office. Using the weight
and distance, we are able to calculate the actual shipping cost accordingly.
